What this site is

Reviews, scores and comparisons of games made by other people. The marks are our editorial judgement on the day of testing, not a statement of fact about a game, and games change after we publish.

Links to games open the developer's own site. We do not control those sites, their advertising, their terms or their treatment of your data, and their content is their responsibility. Read their terms before you sign up for anything.

Our content

The words, scores, page design and illustrations on this site are ours and may not be republished in bulk without permission. Quoting a sentence or two with a link back is welcome and needs no permission.

Names and trade marks

Game names, studio names and logos belong to their owners and are used here for identification in the course of review. No endorsement by any developer is implied.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. We take care over accuracy but cannot promise a game will still work, still be free, or still behave the way it did when we tested it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited in law.
